We tried remaking because our teammate didn't connect. Didn't work.

So I'm just queueing up with a friend for some ranked flex and our top laner never connected, even on the loading screen, when we tried remaking, it said that one or more players has to not connect to the game to remake, however he never even connected, even on the loading screen. We tried before first blood if that helps as well.
It would be nice if I didn't lose LP for this what I presume to be bug.
