Was playing a game was maokai vs a jayce top lane. Not long after the first wave arrived screen froze momentarily, upon resuming the game all hp bars missing. Going to settings and disabling/enabling them did not solve the issue either. I did not try to reconnect and simply finished the game as was.
well the new HP bars are ugly af anyway tbh
I had the same issue. Had to restart my game.

the issue I have when it happens is all enemy and team's hp bars are gone, the tab screen is all wonky and even on my hub the my normal green hp bar is transparent.
