Every time I click on league it says PvP.Net Patcher Kennel not responding please help

Try uninstalling League, going into your C: drive and deleting the "Riot Games" folder, then reinstall. I've done this several times in the past and it seems to work for me.

I found a another solution, you go in into the Riot Games folder and click the run as admin launcher, as opposed to the normal launcher.
