[Gameplay] High resolution screens causing problems

I just got a new high resolution laptop, and upon trying to play league I encountered a rather large issue. My health bar, minimap icons, shop, and scoreboard were too small to read. On top of that, floating text like damage, gold, exp, etc, were way way too big. This seems to happen on any high resolution monitor. Lowering the resolution in game fixes the issue with the things that are too small, but makes the font issues even bigger.
