After death recap not showing proper information

The after death recap never shows the correct information. for example is shows the 30 dmg the blue caster minion dealt instead of the adc that did 90% of your health after a teamfight. also it shows revive and how much damage it dealt. im getting really tired of not knowing what im dying from Rito Plz
