Gift not transferred

So...I sent a gift to my friend (who at that time had his account suspended) . The mystery skin gift which i had give did not transfer to his account but it took away the rp on my account. maybe it's cause he was suspended but currently he isnt and hasnt received his gift. I wanted to gift him and my other friend has they recently joined the league crew and wanted to reward them for sticking with league. There was no trouble sending gift with the my other friend (GhostAmv1). As a summoner i would like to report this issue for you to hopefully look into this and to refund or regift towards (TerroristLeader). Ty

i got my gift and my friend sent it to both us he sent a mystery skin and I got underworld wukong and my friend got nothing

So my account was suspended for 2 weeks which was getting unbanned on the 10th of January 19:09 pm, at the time I was suspended my friend which ign was DaddyLuffy sent me a mystery gift he sent it to 2 people one of the ign of the person that received the gift was GhostAmv1. My ign was TerroristLeader (not directing anyone or being racist please excuse) didn't get the gift, if its possible that you can look into this it would be good because they took the rp from my friends account but the gift didn't get through
