While using E on Singed, it lasts literally 1 second instead of 10(soul on the ground), even on lvl 2. I was able to press W only and then it disappears, couldnt hit soul with Q anymore. Using E on other champions lasts as it should even with merc boots.
It's because of the way DoTs interact with her E. The duration gets reduced every time Illaoi takes damage from enemy champions. So if a DoT is ticking, each tick will lower her E's duration. IIRC Corrupting Potion and Deathfire Touch (may it rest in peace) interacted in the same way.
Singed's poison ticks once every 0.25 seconds. So when you are poisoned, the ticks reduce your E duration by one second.
