Game thinks Im holding down ctrl

The game just thought I was holding down ctrl all game and wouldnt let me use any abilities, if i clicked them it would ping, if i left clicked anywhere it pinged.

Im not sure if it was only the game, google thought so too but the second the game ended it was back to normal so I definitly think it had something to do with the game. I unplugged both keyboards (razer tartarus, and logitech keyboard) and since i had recently changed mouses i switched my mouses out. none of that fixed it so it wasnt hardware. Comodo and Task manager say Discord Chrome and league were the only active things. Really unsure whos fault this is but based on it starting almost immediatly and ending at the exact moment the game ended it definitly seems league triggered it.
