Computer Crashes randomly in client and game (Macbook Pro)

Normally I wouldn't have a problem with it since I would just restart my computer and go from there, but this issue really pissed me off because I lost both my series games back to back: One was from a client crash so it counted as a dodge, the other was during the startup for the next game (different day) and continued to crash randomly throughout the rest of the game, resulting in another loss and a failed series. I don't really know what to do about this issue, but I think Riot should try to look into this issue as it happens too frequently not to bring up.

I don't specifically know how to recreate it, but it has something to do with switching/tabbing to and away from the client/game launcher. It might also have something to do with having razer synapse installed as well, since the only things I normally have running when I play league are razer synapse, google chrome, and the client itself.

Any help with this problem would be amazing, and if you also have these problems, feel free to voice them too.

p.s. please limit the "don't play on a mac then" comments, I have also had this problem on my gaming pc as well. I can run max settings at 60fps perfectly.
