New Ashe bug.

Hey everyone. I thought to myself yesturday, knowing that infinity edge unique passive does increase Ashe´s crit damage, as well as crit strike chanse; why not try and get crit strike damage from marks, and quintessences runes? Sadly the damage would not go up, and it was not just numbers missing on her passive, once hitting a 200% crittical damage i knew that having 30% critical damage on runes would then make every second attack deal more than double, but yet it would not. I see it as a bug, and therefore wrote this.

(Test it out for Your selves) I also started a game dealing around 67 to a minion with the first strike applying focus if i remember correctly, with 30% crit damage. Knowing her new passive grants her second shot 10% extra damage, it would deal around 6 more damage only if the runes would not be counted in. and sadly it only did.
