TFT In game glitch

Has anyone experienced a glitch in TFT where you pick your first round champ and item then when you load in to fight the first wave and your champion doesnt appear and you cant fight and you basically automatically lose. Me and my 2 other friends have seen this 3 times in a row now and have been forced to leave lobby along with everyone else in the game if you have pls let me know so that we can try and get them to fix this asap.
