I Leveled Up But my Champion Capsule/New champion shards is/are missing after I logged back in

I recently leveled up to lvl 129 and got a champion capsule with two champs and BE, then I quit the client. But now when I logged back in, those champions are missing from my loot. Or maybe I didn't open the capsule. I don't know. Either way, my loot box doesn't have anything new in it and I didn't disenchant any shards either. I've logged out and logged back in many times already and nothing's there.
