Found a bug in patch 4.2.0

Here is the situation. In a rare occasion, I found myself laggy and disconnected. After reconnect, my Kalista stats went back to lv 1. And never change no matter what Buying item it will only add up, but wont help the stat back to normal Also summoner spells can't be use at anytime afterward Here is the proofs.
