Gragas q missing?

I was playing Gragas and i used my q, to my surprise it dissapeared. I mean after i used it it said i could re-activate it again, but there was nothing to re-activate. So i was left with a gray q that would refuse to activate. I tried quitting the game but nothing happened, nothing changed after I died either.
