Can't login on the PBE

It seems like after this last patch, i can't login on PBE. I tried asking for my password from the site, didn't work. I tried asking for my username from the site, didn't work either. It seems like my account has disappeared, because my mail doesn't arrive but if i go to see if i can create my account on pbe, i can't, i already have an account. Now, i know everything is free on pbe, but i don't want to lose everything i've done on that account. Anybody else has this problem? I don't want to bother riot Support with this so maybe someone has some information on, idk, like the server is down or has problem with logins ecc.
