Can not get into game after champion select

okay so for the last couple of days ive been having a problem where i can not get in game or seem to play at all right after champion select the game goes down into the tray as seen in ( http://imgur.com/seCGktX ) but i cant click it to open it at all ive been placed in low priority que with 20 minute waits for 5 games becasue of it not that it matters because i cant play anyways ...but heres what ive already done without sucsess ( disabled all firewalls , whitelisted league from all firewalls , disabled antivirus , reparied league from the client , completly deleted league and reinstalled it) please help me
