dynamic queue bug.

idk if its just me or it has been happening to a lot of people but sometime when i get into a dynamic queue and the game its about to start it stays at 0 for the whole lobby of players and doesn't start then people leave and get a penalty.

I think that's just someone not locking in their champion in time and it restarting the queue because you need to lock in.
