[GAMEPLAY] Ravenous hunter reduces healing from death's dance

On any champion, having ravenous hunter reduces deaths dance's healing on basic attacks to 12-13%.

to duplicate:

  1. take ravenous hunter rune
  2. buy death's dance
  3. basic attack a unit, healing will be less than what you would have without the rune screenshot

i think that runes don't stack additively but multiplicative the same goes for the ultimate hat for instance if you have 40% cooldown reduction on a 100 second cooldown ability you have a 40 second reduction now if you have a maxed stack ultimate hat (15% ultimate cooldown reduction) it wont be a 55 second cooldown reduction but instead at around 49% cooldown reduction
