TFT Enemy VAYNE on my board

Well, when i was playing TFT i had 2 vaynes, after i tried to sell them it bugged and i made 1 red vayne which i wasnt able to sell. Dunno how i did that, i clicked fast and moved it to sell, but after it just broke.
