i have wait for 3 time like 80 min to start the game and its still renew.

Leaverbuster punishments last for 5 matches. Which means you have 20 minutes before you go into matchmaking, and you have to do that for 5 games, making a total of 100 minutes before you lose the punishment.

Im on EUW and have had the exact same bug happen to me i tried queuing for a ranked game but as he has shown in the picture it was longer than the 20 minutes that was needed.
