Bot influx

Ive noticed a large amount of bots in games lately, specifically in ARAM and in a number of summoners rift matches. Where entire teams are bots!!!. The games i've played in the last few weeks have largely consisted of bots. Has anyone else noticed this???

I just find it decreases the game experience when you are not playing actual people. Does anyone know why this is??

People grinding out levels on accounts and selling them for whatever reason. I have never gotten that "your report has resulted in us taking action" message after reporting more than a dozen bots. Riot probably isn't that quick to ban them becasue they pad out their playercount.
