[Gameplay] Veigar q bug
Dear Riot team, I want to submit a bug due to veigars Q ability. I've found that when you kill a minion with q ability you only get 1 ap point but it supposed to be 5

It all depends what level your Q is, Level 1 is one, 2 is 2 and etc
I think you should read that ability again...
on level 5 of Q it says 5 ap for stack and only give 1 ap for stack
