[CLIENT] Summoner Spells Bug! They are stuck on deleted sums!

I have not played in a very long time, and now coming back to the game, my summoner spells wont change when I am in champion select. They are stuck on and then just a dash symbol for the other one.

This is in normals. Clarity is only for ARAM and I'm guessing my other one was Revive or something else that was removed from the game entirely, but regardless, no matter what I try to do, they will not change. If I click on them I am offered the other options, but when I click on one it just shows me the swirly ball of death (loading circle) and then changes back to what they were.

Client is currently updating so cannot provide screenshots at this time.
