[Gameplay] Ziggs W became unusable for most of the match

While playing a ranked match with Ziggs, I noticed that I was unable to cast W anymore at one point during the match. I tried reclogging, but the problem still persisted. The icon looked like it was locked on the second portion of the skill from when I cast it earlier in the match.
