Winning a Game but says defeat
I just won my series to get into gold 2 but when I looked at history it said defeat and still in gold 3. Please fix this. I tried logging out and back in but it still says defeat and no upgrade in rank.

You are still in your series. You won your first promo match, and lost the second; you still need to win the next one.
