Client bug, when accepting a match (URF) 4 times in a row, it still dodges and says i didn't accept

when i try to start a match after waiting 20 mins, i accepted the found match. it dodges because someone didnt accept.. that happens 4 times and after the 4th time i accept the found match he dodges and says i didn't accepted the match wich i did.. normallly it doesn't matter, but i have a 20 min penalty.. it is going to be the 3rd time in a row start the countdown again for 1 single match... this is not the first time it happens and it is pretty frustrating now!. i wanted to play urf btw..

please help.. it is really demotivating
