Minor Bug "Attempt to join queue failed"

OK this is a minor bug which can be fixed by restarting the LoL Client but it's still here, what happen was when the game was searching for matches i clicked X to cancel the search the same moment the match was found, i ended up accepting the match while it was canceled at the same time since i clicked X and it did cancel the match with that click sound, after that there was that thing that shows you how many people accepted the match and it seemed like no one accepted it, i was stuck at that screen for about 30 sec and after that it returned me to the normal screen and when i tried to queue up again it said Attempt to join queue failed and it said that i was already assigned to an existing game, after restarting the browser i didn't get the penalty for leaving the game which means i wasn't actually in champ select....
