Tower mana bars bugged

The mana(blue) bar for towers (in SR and ARAM, not sure about other maps) are stretched (graphically) and it's been like this for many many patches. I'm using Windows 7. This bug doesn't really affect gameplay but it's just annoying to see when I click towers to see their health.
