Hey guys im not getting a champion token for mastery level 6 after I get a S- or higher. At first I thought " well the coin must not drop 100%" but after countless wins I still am not recieving any im really confused as to why and could possibly be a bug? please help.

Is your chogath (or other champion, just assuming since you put a cho in the post) level 5? and wins dont count as S- - S+
When you're getting these S ranks, what game mode are you playing? You can only earn the mastery tokens while playing normal and ranked Summoner's Rift matches, so if you're playing ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any of the rotating game modes, you will not get the tokens.
Yes im playing normals and yes its level 5 already
