Game kicks me to desktop, multiple times will then resolve

This is a new problem for me. Just happened today for three games in a row now. It acts like I am alt-tabbing out of the game, but it won't let me alt-tab to get back in and the last time it happened I had to restart to get back into league. It happens without anything extra being open and usually happens around 3-5 mins consistently (at least for the last 3 games). It doesn't happen after I get back in, or restart. Lost 3 games now for no explained reason, super tilting. Anyone had this issue? What can I do to resolve this? I'm playing on a built PC, pretty standard specs.

This is a windows issue of some kind, i was getting it quite a bit in every game.

As how to fix it? No damn clue... It resolved itself with updates.

Download a program that tells you what's popping up, for some it was windows defender doing some health scan, you can turn that off.

Lots of folks say its windows scheduler doing something, so you can go see what it's scheduling and turn that off aswell.

I myself could never figure out exactly what it was, i turned off scheduler and all sorts of other crap people said to try.

Just hope the next windows update resolves it. Like i said, for me, task manager couldn't tell me what it was, nothing was popping up, no box, no anything, it would just alt tab my ass out and freeze the game for a few seconds, then auto tab back in like nothing happened.
