Unable to remake due to biscuit

link is to the replay in question zyra doesn't connect to the game and goes to the center of the spawn when my team tried to remake however were unable to even though we had not gotten the summoner has reconnected notification. i believe it has something to do with her having biscuits which the first is given at 3:00 min and this caused the game to believe she was there at the remake time
