Client Will not Show Missions, Loot Tab, Settings, Or Que Pop

I cannot access majority of my settings, cannot enable login music, cannot even see the loot tab, cannot See the que match confirm even though it said i Que dodged. Is there any fix to this, I cannot even troubleshoot in the settings or even force a repatch
