Kha Zix Mobility Boots bug

When in game with Kha Zix with mobility boots purchased and out of combat you only receive a +105 instead of a +115 movement speed also seems like he comes out of invisible quicker than usual. This is a huge bug because without the +10 movement speed he tends to miss alot of brushes that he should stay invisible for. Please hot fix.

Are you sure he's not hitting the speed sift cap? I forget exactly where it starts but it's pretty easy to hit.

Once you hit 420 ms you hit the first soft cap of ms, which makes any ms bonus after that only give 80% value. The second soft cap is at 490 and you start to only get 50%(I think) value.
