Can not see my friends and can not connect to after game chat

When I get to my game I can not see my friends and my profile. Basicly I can not see the right side of client.

This bug is happening for like 2 weeks to me. I can not see my friends nor my profile, can not change avatar nor optional text below my user name which my frieds can see. Also I can not see after game chat, where it just says Connecting..., but it neve connects
