Hextec Boxes Broken

when i tried opening my boxes from a bundle it just shows two grey options that I can't click on. Is anyone else having this problem/know how to fix it
I have tried restarting the client and going to other tabs.

You seems to have no Keys ... check if you used them on older boxes or, if you hadn't recive them from the bundle, contact the support
