Hextec Boxes Broken

when i tried opening my boxes from a bundle it just shows two grey options that I can't click on. Is anyone else having this problem/know how to fix it

I have tried restarting the client and going to other tabs.

You seems to have no Keys ... check if you used them on older boxes or, if you hadn't recive them from the bundle, contact the support

they were ones that were already opened. they dont need keys

You said you took them from a bundle.... So you buyed the Chests and Keys necessary to open them.

The Chest will need the Keys in the bundle, and you seems to have 0 saved up. So it either mean you didn't recive the keys or you used them on other chests.

Chests sold in the store still need keys to be opened, only special one ( like the actual Epic capsule ) don't require any key.
