Bug splat

Greetings summoners.

I am having a problem, wich is following: When i am launching a game, there will be a black screen for about 3-4 seconds, and then the bugsplat screen pops up. I don't know how to fix it, and i have tried almost everything... Can someone pls help me? Just say what you did, if you have had it. :)
