The game steals some lp from me like 2-3 in random times can somebody help me why is this happening to me ?

There are a couple reasons this could happen.
1: Are you having connection issues? If you spend too much time afk, then it triggers leavebuster and it counts as you lost even if you return and win the game.
2: Are you dodging games? Every time you dodge in ranked, you lose a little bit of LP. This is 3 LP the first time, but if you dodge multiple times in a day it escalates to 10 LP.
Without more detail though on what you mean by it "stealing" LP I'm afraid this is as specific as I can be.
