[Gameplay] Chat bot and shop bug
Don't really know how to describe it, Whenever I open the shop or the chat box in game it goes all freaky. I've re-installed and my computer meets all the graphics requirements, plz halp

Have you tried fullscreen mode instead of windowed?
Artifacts and graphic stretching like that in games are usually caused by your graphics card. Or should I say an incompatibility between your graphics card / graphics settings and the game. Also could be a precursor to overheating. What card you have and is the case nice and clean with good fan and flow? (get something like cpuid hw monitor for a quick and easy way to see temps)
Try disabling some of the more stressful settings in your graphics options. Like with mine, I have to disable catalyst a.i, and vertical refresh for some games or it causes crashing issues (and the usual, make sure drivers are updated, if you use vision engine software make sure thats the latest, yadayada) and dont forget to reboot.
