no "change you password mail"

So i forgot my password on my main and asked for "change your password" mail but i didn't receive it. So i tried it on this account to see if i actualy receive an email but i didn't receive it, so is there a probleme in the system or do i do someting wrong. Please take a look at it somebody at riot.
