NEW MAP IS BLUE????

when you smite a monster it turns blue i want to report thins in game bug waht do you guys think its a bigger bug cuz its in the hole map in the past 2/3 games i have seen this bug. I have some photos to show you wahat im talking about at red buff gollems and tower geting distoyed. so i hope this report can help riot fix this :)

I've been seeing particles as blue also, sunfire cape, tower animations, and abilityou particles are all blup with no texture. It doesn't happen every game, and I don't know if it also happens on other maps besides the Rift.
