S- grade but no chest

I got a S- on yesterday and an S- on an hour aggo and didnt get any chest on either of them ??? Am i the only one ? Can i do something about it at this point ecsecpt reporting it?

If you have low honor then you will not receive chests.

Low honor will not receive chests.

Or maybe you already got a chest on those champions this season and therefore cannot get another one.

Or maybe you didn't have a chest available. You get one a week and can store up to 4.

well 1h later i got 1 in Nunu so i dont think thats the prob (honor i mean) and no i dont have chests on either one of them

Do you have chests currently available to you? You can check this in the profile tab.

go to the champions tab in collection and if there's a box-lookin border around a champion, you can't get another box for that champion yet
