New Champselect

I've been "losing" promo games for not being able to ban or lock in a champ. In the champselect counter just hits zero and the screen just sits there. so i failed my promo once for this, in promo again and i just lost another one for the same reason.

Confident it's a bug because this started happening with the new champselect only. Please fix, I don't wanna get stuck in silver.

same thing happened to me, and several other friends, all at the same time actually. i think the whole thing went down. both on eu and na servers. the timer got to 0 and even after people in the game dodged, it kept us in, and we all had to dodge and lost lp for it
