Beginning Barrier stays after it should

I played a game today were i had a bug splat occur in the loading lobby. I restarted league and when i entered the game it was about 15 seconds. The barrier at the beginning was gone, yet I was unable to pass this area. If i flashed over this invisible barrier my character would instantly turn around and walk into the spawn again. I manage this fix this 10 minutes later by closing league and restarting it again. I hope you guys manage to figure out what caused this to happen.
