I just played a game of ARAM just after the update (10 min before this thread) and i found that with the update, although my sounds in the settings are low, the sound clips for Gold, level up and re-spawn/teleport where ear bleeding loud. I messed around with my settings to make sure it wasn't me and after asking both allies and the other team, Most of them agreed that their sounds have been screwed up and loud.

The only way to make it stop if to turn volume off altogether, even at a 1% volume it's still making a lot of noise.
i can confirm this. Since the last update the execution, gold, and level up sounds are controlled only by the "master volume" control and not additionally by the "FX volume" control (or what it was before the update)
Bumping for justice. I play with the volume completely muted besides pings and can hear many effects after this mornings mini-update.
Same here. Just checked, the 3 things you said (Recall, gold, level-up) are not binded anymore with FX sound, only master volume.
same goes with lvl7 mastery emote, i normally play on low sound but HOLY **** that was earbleeding
Same thing is happening to me. I literally want to quit the game because of this issue...
It's honestly killing me as I have my ears bleeding nonstop the entire game.

Same here,i have the same problem,and its annoying,hard to play with sound on,at least for me

It's super-loud, yeah. Not devastatingly so - I kinda like it, tbh, since it distinguishes the sounds that often blend under skill shot sfx to some degree - but still loud.
Yep, It's extremely annoying to play with. But I think playing without any sounds is even worse so Riot please fix it as fast as you can. ty 
I've been getting this in all of my recent games and it's been really annoying and distracting. Glad to know I'm not alone.
