[GAMEPLAY] Hail of Blades doesn't allow to attack beyond attack speed limit

Hail of blades seems to have an issue with it where it only procs for the first 3 attacks and doesn't allow you to exceed the attack speed limit unlike lethal tempo does. From the way i read it it should proc and allow you to gain attack speed and keep it as long as your attacking within 2 seconds. Clarification on this would be appreciated if it is infact working properly however.
