Hail of blades seems to have an issue with it where it only procs for the first 3 attacks and doesn't allow you to exceed the attack speed limit unlike lethal tempo does. From the way i read it it should proc and allow you to gain attack speed and keep it as long as your attacking within 2 seconds. Clarification on this would be appreciated if it is infact working properly however.

I just tried it in practice tool, it's working fine for me.
Devin Blade1 votesHmm, i was confused on the part where it increases the limit by 1. I assumed it increased the duration for the length of time it lasted each time you attacked for 1 additional with each hit you gave. But guess its working as intended.
