client freezes after every game

Every time i finished a game, my client disconnects from the server so i have close everything down. But when i try to start lol application from the beginning it says riot 'cannot connect to the internet' or 'no internet is connection found'. This is clearly a bug since I am on the internet when I am writing this message to you. The only way I can play the game again is if I completely sign out of windows 10 and log back into it again. This is happening quite some time
