Minor Bug: I was playing Jinx with Q activated as rocket. I was facing Morgana when i died but my Q rocket was still enroute to Morgana but my rocket suddenly disappeared in mid air. Hope this helps!

I had the same situation too my rocket suddenly disappeared when it was about to hit the enemy when I died
