[Client] No Mastery Level 7 Token

I was playing Riven in Hexakill and I received an S+. I have Riven at level 6 Mastery but I did not receive the mastery 7 token for this S+. I even restarted the client to see if it just wasn't showing but it still isn't in my hextech crafting inventory.
