[GAMEPLAY] Vi Ultimate Timer Bug when dying

Hi,

I've had several times where I have used ultimate as Vi, while I am on the verge of death. If I die before the ult progresses very far, then it shows that my ult is up, but does not allow me to cast for a while (presumably the duration of my cooldown). This significantly hinders my gameplay experience as vi.
