[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank barrel does very little damage (assumed Sona related) and bonus bug

Basically as you can see in the video, GP barrel does around 70 damage even with Triforce proc and 200 AD. Other GP mains and I assume it's Sona related because they have never encountered the bug and my duo is a Sona main. We think that Sona Q on hit buff overwrites the barrel damage because in the replay, the barrel did around 70-80 damage which is the damage Sona Q gives at level 5 with some AP. We assume that to replicate it, you just get Sona Q buff and Parrrley your barrel and watch it do 70 damage instead of one shotting the caster creeps. Also I've only encountered the bug when doing a two barrel chain. Thought it doesn't happen often. We have tried to replicate it and have had no success, but when it does happen then you just lose 2 barrels because of a stupid bug.

Bonus bug Gangplank cannot apply Sona Q buff with Parrrley. I have tested it in custom games with a 100% reproduction rate. Stand in Sona Q aura, get the buff, Parrrley something, it doesn't get applied

I have tested it with Ezreal Q. Ezreal Q does apply Sona Q buff. And also with Nami and GP. Nami E does get applied by GP Parrrley.

This is a really obvious bug that I thought would get found and fixed pretty quickly but ¯_(ツ)_/¯
